Go To—->BEST SELLING GRILLS 2015
Amazon’s Most Popular and Best Selling Outdoor Cooking products are updated regularly, and it’s always good to see what’s selling well. In many cases we recommend an alternative product, and if so, we’ll tell you. Some of the best sellers we like, some we don’t, and we’ll tell you that too! Some have been reviewed, and we’ll hook you up to that page if we have.
Amazon’s Most Popular Grills
1. Weber 741001 Silver One-Touch 22.5″ Kettle Grill
The classic Weber Kettle, a best seller for years. We love the design, but for the price range prefer the Gold model (#3 below) for the hinged grill and the one touch ash bucket. It’s worth $50 more.
2. Lodge Logic L410 Sportsmen’s Charcoal Grill
We love this cast iron, hibachi style grill for the quality and price. Perfect for sportsmen, students, and those without room for a larger unit. This one is on our short list for a review.
3. Weber 1351001 One Touch Gold 22.5″ Kettle Grill
A GREAT buy if you can live without the gas lighter and work table offered in the Performer (our favorite grill). Does everything else just the same. For $150 why buy any other charcoal grill?
4. Weber Smoker Joe Silver Charcoal Grill
A mini Weber for $30? Why are you waiting?
5. Char-Broil 26,500 BTU 2 Burner Gas Grill
For under $100 you get a gas grill. For a temporary solution to outdoor cooking it’s hard to argue with the price point, but until Char-Broil improves its quality, we can’t recommend this one with anything but low expectations of longevity and functionality.
6. Char-Broil 12601578 Patio Bistro Tru-Infrared Electric Grill
The low price leader gives you infrared in a convenient package, good for tiny spaces. Convenient and gets a steak seared better than you can do indoors, but we’re still disappointed in Char-Broil’s current quality.
7. Weber 1520 Propane Go Anywhere Gas Grill
I’ve had mine for about 20 years. I use it for overnight fishing trips and tailgating at the Niners. Well made, compact, easy to pack and carry. Love it.
8. Weber 46110001 Spirit E210 Gas Grill
Good entry level gas grill, but I’d go for the 3-burner model for a little more. Similar to my Weber Genesis gasser I’ve had now for 23 years. I’ve spent about $50 on replacement parts and it cooks just like it did on day one. Cry now with the extra cash, but this one will last you for decades.
9. Weber 1481001 Performer Platinum Charcoal Grill
YES! My favorite charcoal grill under $800, and this is less than half of that. See our complete review on the grill we call a best buy.
10. Char-Broil Combination Charcoal and Gas Grill With Side Burner
Great price point and a good idea, complete with a side burner for warming or slow cooking a pot of chili. Charcoal for the high temp for steaks, gas for fish and general ease of use. Keep your expectations low, however. It’s not a Weber, and probably won’t last more than a few years.
